Celebrating Inproe’s personal approach
Six years ago Neil Smith opted for a brand that fitted in rather than stood out. After years in business, he wondered whether the brand reflected what made Inproe so unique. A discovery process put the strategy back on track with small but significant modifications to the brand and its message.

We presented Consulting Partner, Neil, as a refreshing change for the recruitment industry. Web copy is composed from his unique insights. Headshots show him at his most comfortable, in the home office and at his local nurseries.
The personal touch
Inproe is all about facilitating long-lasting connections. For a recent conference, we designed and produced a leave-behind that gave potential clients some useful tools. It captured Inproe’s key message - ‘supporting ingredients’, and gave Neil a genuine reason to approach people.
Measuring success
Neil has experienced lots of success from the brand refresh, but from such a personal brand it’s unsurprising that it has come on a personal level. Confidence in the company has soared, and big partnerships are being cemented as a result.
